❓ Can you create non-famous songs?

✅ Certainly! We're super happy and excited to create unique custom items and posters in the ways mentioned! All you'll need to provide is the song lyrics you'd like to reproduce and send them to yourgiftroom@gmail.com.

❓ Is it possible to create any song?

✅ In 99% of cases, we create your favorite songs in the chosen designs without any issues. Sometimes, however, we receive "special" requests such as reproducing poems or "non-famous" personal songs, and we're happy to do so if the instructions allow us. We always like to clarify that, in any case:

• If the song is too short, the lyrics will be repeated to complete the chosen design.
• If the song is too long, it will be reproduced to fill all the available space of the design.

We do this to adhere to the quality standards of our posters and to deliver a graphically qualitative product.

❓ What happens if there are errors?

✅ If it's due to our mistake, we'll immediately remake the product and ship it at our expense. If the error is on your part, we can remake the item in question at 50% of the original price (plus shipping).

❓ What if the package arrives damaged or gets lost?

✅ If the package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, we'll reproduce and reship the item at our expense for one more time - once we receive the photo of the damaged product (or the report of the failed delivery).

❓ Do you also collaborate with stores?

✅ We love working with stores, as we are one ourselves. Feel free to contact us to let us know your needs and references.

❓ How long does printing take?

✅ We generally produce personalized items like posters and custom gifts the same day of the order or within 36 hours. Once made, we entrust them to the first available courier, and delivery will take place in 3-6 working days.

❓ Can I have the tracking code?

✅ Absolutely yes! We have completely revolutionized our logistic system and warehouse: you'll receive order confirmation and every update regarding its shipment and delivery! In any case, we're always available.

❓ Do you send a preview of the print?

✅ Unfortunately, being a company that processes many orders daily, we can't afford to send a preview for each order, but we take responsibility for any printing errors by remaking it at our expense.

❓ Can you call the courier on my behalf?

✅ Yes and no. By this response, we mean that before asking us to contact the courier, you can request the tracking code to check the order status. If, in that case, the order shows "delivered" or there are any doubts about the shipment status, we can always verify it ourselves through our courier.
